HOW TO USE THE HANDS-FREE BRA
Instructions for Use:
Size your bra to your comfortable fit at the back prior to use. The breast pumping bra should sit firm but not tight and your nipples should align with the insert openings.
Take the hands-free bra around your body, leaving the back velcro in the optimal place for you.
Pop the suction kit through the inserts and align your nipple in the centre of the breast cushion.
Zip the breast pump bra up at the front and double-check the alignment of your nipples in the tunnel - they should not touch the sides prior to use.
You are ready to pump - sit back and relax Muma!

I purchased the pink and the grey pumping bras. They are easy to use and keep things secure so I can pump hands free. Easily adjustable size wise - I’m normally size 14-16, and the M/L/XL was adjustable to my size. They’re also pretty colours! Wish I had them with my previous pump journey. Worth investing in two so you have one to wear when the other needs a wash. Would recommend if you frequently express and would prefer to be hands free!

Getting good quality equipment to pump is pretty expensive, so I put it off for ages. I wish I had got both the Milkbar pump & this bra right from day 1! It makes things so much easier! Now I'm able to pump for 15 minutes each morning while feeding my 1yo twins their breakfast. Seems like such a small amount of time but it all adds up when every minute counts!
This bra is great quality, fits perfectly (has loads of different adjustments too so would fit a huge range of people) and is definitely worth every penny.
