Can I use the double pump on just one side at a time?

Yes! You can use the double pump on just one side - both left and right sides can be controlled individually giving you the choice to use the double pump as a single pump if you'd prefer.
What size suction kit comes with the double pump?

The double pump now comes with our most popular suction kit - the Milkbar Advanced Flow Original Suction Kit 22mm.

What comes in the box with the pump? Do I need anything else?

Our breast pump kits come with everything to get you started with pumping! You will find a few spare parts and a free milk storage magnet and nipple size guide, incase you need to alter your fit.

If you are going to be doing a lot of Double Pumping, a pumping bra can be a life saver! Making you hands free and able to multitask - a pumping bra is a wonderful addition to your pumping kit. You can see our range of pump bras here.
Which suction kits will work with the double pump?

All of our suction kits are compatible with our breast pumps!
I'm an exclusive pumper, how often should I replace my parts?

Depending on how many times a day you are pumping - we recommend replacing your inserts 4-6monthly and your diaphragms/valve + membrane every 6-8months
How long does the battery last on the double pump?

Our double pump comes equipped with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery - it lasts for up to 1.5hrs of pumping before needing to be recharged.
What bottles can I use?

We sell larger versions of the bottles that come with the double pump - they are available here.

Avent bottles are also compatible with our pumps. Narrow neck Medela + Tommee Tippee also work. For the closer to nature Tommee Tippee bottles an adapter can be purchased from Tommee Tippee which will help them fit our pumps.

What is the best way to sterilise my pump parts?

We recommend a gentle wash in warm soapy water then sterilise via steam/boil or UV methods. Click here for a video on cleaning.
Do I need a pumping bra?

A pumping bra can be a life saver! Making you hands free and able to multitask - a pumping bra is a wonderful addition to your pumping kit. You can see our range of breast pump bras here.
