Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days from delivery of your goods. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require your order number for proof of purchase and packing slip.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Returns & Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item in another size, please fill in the exchange form inside your parcel and return BY COURIER to the address nearest you:

NZ: PLEASE REQUEST TO ADD COURIER SERVICE AT YOUR POST OFFICE.
AU: ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED VIA AUS POST TRACKED.

As we are in an industrial area, items sent by regular post (ie tracked post or in a red bag without requesting courier, can take up to TWO MONTHS to find us, if they find us).

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (please allow 3 business days from arrival at our depot for us to contact you), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on the method of payment, a processing time may occur for the funds to reach your account.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the processing time has lapsed, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@milkbarnewzealand.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We work as fast as humanly possible to ship all orders, and receive and process returns and exchanges. Your patience is incredibly appreciated, however if you do have concerns, please contact us at info@milkbarnewzealand.co.nz
