Shipping is free for all orders over $150*! Otherwise we have a flat rate of $6.50NZD for NZ orders and $20.00NZD for AU orders and an oversize fee of $15 for NZ and $25 for AU orders of UV sterilisers and steriliser bundles.

We aim to ship orders as soon as possible! If your order is placed before 9am on a weekday we will aim to get it shipped the same day. Orders received after 9am (or on the weekend) will be shipped the next business day.
NZ + AU orders are shipped with NZ Post and Courier Select services which aims to deliver in 2-6 business days (+2 days for rural)

To reserve your item during pre-orders/pre-sales you must purchase the item as normal and pay in full. Once the item arrives at Milkbar HQ it will be packaged and shipped to you asap.
Not just yet - these are automatically sent once we print a packing slip for your order, we print these to get your order ready to go for when the item arrives with us!
We recommend that you stick with your usual size when purchasing our maternity and breastfeeding clothing . We have a sizing guide on all clothing pages right next to where you would select your size! Otherwise please don't hesitate to get in touch with questions about a specific piece in our range.
Yes you sure can. We accept returns within 14 business days of delivery. Please refer to the Returns pageto access our returns centre.
There is no reason why not! Our Breast Pump Range has been sucessfully used by mothers with all sorts of nipples!
Our Advanced Flow breast pumps come with our Original Suction Kits in sizes 22mm and 25mm.
Our Premium Care breast pumps come with our All-In-One Suction Kits in sizes 21, 25 and 29mm.

Sterilising via boiling, steam or UV are all fine to use with our pumps!
We recommend not sterilising the silicone parts with Milton as it can cause them to break down faster.
We recommend changing the filter every 3-6 months depending on usage, and the lamps every 18 months. These can be purchased here.
