Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days from delivery of your goods. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Due to Hygiene reasons, some items are unable to be accepted for return. If your items is faulty then we will happily correct it & please get in touch with our team to arrange this.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged.
We currently don't offer traditional exchanges. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item in another size, please click here and return with your parcel BY COURIER for a store credit or refund.. We recommend re-purchasing the size you need.

Once your return is received and inspected (please allow 3 business days from arrival at our depot for us to contact you), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on the method of payment, a processing time may occur for the funds to reach your account.
We work as fast as humanly possible to ship all orders, and receive and process returns and exchanges. Your patience is incredibly appreciated, however if you do have concerns, please contact us at info@milkbarnewzealand.co.nz
