To clean the heating element, gently wipe it with a hot, soapy cloth. For additional sterilization, you can place the bottle warmer in a UV sterilizer using the 'Sterilize only' setting (avoid Auto or Dry cycles). Alternatively, apply Milton solution to the heating element and let it sit.
For best results, we recommend using plastic bottles with this warmer. If you prefer glass bottles, we suggest warming the milk in a plastic bottle first, then transferring it to the glass bottle for feeding your baby.
Warming typically takes 5 to 10 minutes, but the exact time can vary based on the liquid type, volume, and starting temperature. For example, a larger bottle of milk straight from the fridge will take longer to heat than a smaller bottle or room temperature water or breast milk.
Different bottle brands have varying thread shapes, which can affect the seal. Our seal rings are designed to work both ways—either side up. By default, the U-shape of the seal ring faces upwards, but if you experience any leaking, simply flip the seal ring over and reinsert it into the warmer.
Be careful not to over tighten the bottle in the warmer as a build up of pressure contributes to leaking.
These adjustments should help to create a better seal and prevent leaks.
Yes! Our bottle warmer fits most "Standard" bottles like Avent, Lansinoh and Spectra however, if you have other bottles such as Dr Brown, MAM, NUK & Tommee Tippee then we have Adapters available to fit. You can find them here

The battery provides up to 40 minutes of warming time.
Note that when charging, the warmer can only be turned on if the battery is above 50%.

Odds against me Honestly I’m floored by how good this pump is. When my first son was born we hired the medala hospital grade symphony for months costing a small fortune. I had super low milk supply as I had a breast reduction, premature birth, c section, haemorrhaging, and was not able to have contact with my baby for 3 days after his birth - so I worked very hard to get what I could. When I got pregnant with my second I wanted to buy a pump but was very concerned about wether the pump would be as effective and powerful as the hospital ones as I knew I would have another premature baby with likely more similar complications to my first. I am SO pleased I gave this a try. Not only is it as powerful, but also more effective, more comfortable, & more convenient. Bloody brilliant option for mums with low supply looking for an affordable alternative to the hospital pumps.
