These insert cushions are ideal for nipples measuring between 9-13mm.

Heather These are a great alternative to the full flanges while they’re out of stock. Although they do struggle to insert into my 21mm flanges, so I’m glad I also had some 24mm on hand as they suit these much better. Still comfortable but not quite as comfortable as the flange without an insert.
