At this time, we are trialling not doing traditional exchanges.

Due to high traffic and sales, to exchange, please purchase the new item you wish to receive as a new order, then send back your original item for a Refund. We will process this as soon as your return is with us at Milkbar HQ. It saves disapointment at present with slower postal systems and high sales velocity, we would hate for you to miss out on the item you want! Thank you for your understanding! How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
  • Please contact us for authorisation to return breast pumps, sterilisers and accessories. 

 Clothing items brought during a sale can be returned store credit only. 

If the size you ordered isnt right we suggest you make a new purchase of the correct item/sizes online and send your original order back for a refund. 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • Returned items must be received back in perfect condition, unused and unwashed condition including the instructions and packaging + clothing tags. 
  • Breast Pumps, Accessories and Sterilisers can be returned if all packaging remains unopened - otherwise please contact us at for authorisation to return an opened item. 

Final Sale Items cannot be returned - please choose carefully. Any final sale items that are attempted to be returned to us will be sent back to sender at their cost. 

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!


Are there any charges for return?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.

What is the return address?

  • The return address is included in the confirmation email - please check junk mail/spam folder as you will need information from this email to send with your return.
