How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click 'Start'

  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return

  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

  • Please contact us for authorisation to return breast pumps, sterilisers and accessories. 
    Please include your original packing slip with your return

  • PLEASE ENSURE YOUR ORDER NUMBER IS INCLUDED IN YOUR RETURN, otherwise we cannot guarantee it will be processed.

Can I exchange?


  • To do this please purchase the new item or size you would like and send your original item back for refund

Clothing items brought during a sale can be returned store credit only. 


What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • Returned items must be received back in perfect condition, unused and unwashed condition including the instructions and packaging + clothing tags. 

  • Breast Pumps, Accessories and Sterilisers can be returned if all packaging remains unopened - otherwise please contact us at for authorisation to return an opened item. 

Final Sale Items cannot be returned - please choose carefully. Any final sale items that are attempted to be returned to us will be sent back to sender at their cost. 

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable. 

Are there any charges for return?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.

What is the return address?

  • The return address is included in the confirmation email - please check the junk mail/spam folder as you will need information from this email to send with your return. 

  • PLEASE NOTE: Returns must be sent by Courier Service only. Packages sent via post can not be delivered to our warehouse
