Just over a year ago, our founder, Laura Lucas began a movement to help provide yoga to all women through their stages of pregnancy.
She set out and paired up with our wonderful local instructor, Bethany, to create these quick and easy, but effective yoga sessions to help women feel lighter, stronger and happier.
